Refund policy

As a policy, we don't offer refunds.

Every piece at Adheera is stitched with utmost care , Handwoven textiles have Manual irregularities and fading of natural dyes are not defects but unique characteristic

All our products are thoroughly checked before we ship them out

A slight fading is the property of natural dye and the beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Indian Tradition and Handmade processes are prone to unevenness giving it a unique characteristic.

RETURNS :

We accept exchanges or returns if it has been intimated within 24-48 hours from the time of delivery; and only if the product -should be dispatched from the customer address with within 7 days of delivery. Also, it will take 7 - 10 days to create the exchanged order. 

We do not accept exchange or returns unless the parcel is received in a damaged condition due to error in shipments

If the package you have received is not as expected, in bad condition, or if the package has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs while returning the product. We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing a shipping insurance. We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.

However, kindly note that Adheera will not be liable for any damages, theft, or unusual activity of any sort when you use your return service. Thus, we suggest you choose a trackable and reliable shipping service.
